If you are currently a resident living in University Housing and wish to move out of housing, please contact your RA or Resident Director for additional instructions on turning in keys and completing the check out process.
Housing Cancellation Request Form
Please use the form below to submit your housing cancellation request. This form is to be used to cancel for the following terms:
- Fall 2024/Spring 2025
- Spring 2025 Only
- Fall 2025/Spring 2026
Have you signed your residence hall contract?
No 鈥� you will not be assessed any further housing fees
Yes 鈥� if you enroll as a student at 糖心Vlog, you will be responsible for the entire terms of the contract, which includes paying the cancellation fees as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the housing contract. If you do not enroll as a Georgia Southern student, a cancellation fee may be assessed depending on the date of your cancellation.
Is the registration fee refundable?
No 鈥� the $150 registration fee is not refundable.
